A Global Network of GSSA
Dedicated to Driving Airline Success.
PGLH Global GSSA brings together a family of companies, each highly specialized in air cargo sales and services. Our model is built on representing international airlines with integrity, precision, and deep market knowledge.
We offer more than just representation—we deliver strategic partnerships. Our GSSA companies serve as true extensions of the airlines we represent, managing every detail from sales and reservations to operational coordination and customer service.
With operations across six continents and an experienced leadership team guiding our network, we help airlines unlock value in every market, scale operations without adding overhead, and respond quickly to local and global cargo trends.
Our reputation is built on long-standing relationships, performance-driven results, and a consistent ability to deliver revenue growth for our airline clients.
OUR HISTORY

PrimeAir Founded
After supporting Ecuador’s flower industry, Roger Paredes launched PrimeAir in Quito. With COO Omar Zambrano, we began as GSSA for three weekly Atlas Air B747s to Miami—marking the start of a 24-year global logistics success.

PGLH Moves To Miami
On March 15, 2009, we moved our HQ from Quito to Miami—the gateway to Latin America. This strategic shift gave us direct access to global airlines, fueling PGLH’s growth worldwide.

Quito
In 2013, PGLH opened new offices at Quito’s Mariscal Sucre Airport to stay close to growing cargo operations. The move brought all staff under one roof near our warehouse and ramp activity.

Atlas Air GSSA
In 2013, PrimeAir was named Atlas Air’s GSSA from Ecuador to Europe, expanding a partnership that began in 2001. That same year, we opened our Amsterdam station—marking a milestone for PGLH and strengthening our long-standing bond with Atlas Air.

Emirates SkyCargo GSSA
for Ecuador
In 2013, Emirates SkyCargo appointed PrimeAir as its GSSA for Ecuador, recognizing our proven performance on the UIO–AMS route. Known for reliability, Emirates SkyCargo aligned perfectly with our commitment to high-quality service and global reach.

Bogota

Emirates SkyCargo in Colombia
Back in 2018, Emirates SkyCargo entrusted PrimeAir with GSSA responsibilities in Colombia — a pivotal step that not only strengthened our footprint in the region but also reflected the confidence global carriers place in PGLH’s expertise and performance.

DHL GHA
In 2019, PrimeAir was officially appointed as DHL’s GHA, marking a major milestone in a partnership that began in 2001 and highlighting our continued growth in the global air cargo industry for PGLH.

Miami
As PGLH expanded globally, we opened a new, larger Miami headquarters to reflect our growing international presence. This state-of-the-art facility was built to meet our needs and better serve clients worldwide. In 2020, we upgraded it with increased freezer capacity to handle more temperature-sensitive products. These improvements enhanced our services and prepared us to meet future demands more efficiently.

Fenix Cargo
In 2023, PGLH acquired a majority stake in Fenix Cargo, enhancing our operations in Ecuador and Colombia. This strategic acquisition strengthens our foothold in the region, expanding our capabilities in freight forwarding and logistics services, and further solidifying our position as a key player in Latin America’s supply chain network.

Singapore Airlines GSA
In 2025, we were proudly appointed as the General Sales Agent (GSA) for Singapore Airlines, a significant milestone that further solidified our dedication to delivering excellence in air cargo services. This prestigious partnership highlights our proven expertise and reliability in the industry, enabling us to provide seamless and efficient solutions for clients while representing one of the world’s leading airlines.
